Paul -- I was just kidding you about using "technologically modern" TiG. But I really didn't think that now-a-days people used anything else. I though gas welding is a lost art -- and gas welding aluminum is REALLY a lost art.

Your project is more amazing every time you post.

They are doing an Iso Griffo too. One of my favorites

The 356 next to my car was once owned by Donald Campbell and is in for a complete restoration. The 550 on the lift is being built by my panel maker from scratch using original drawings and has 356 running gear. It will be up for sale when he finishes it!
By the way check your computer for a trojan horse virus that is possibly linked to one of my pictures. Bloody photo bucket!!!!! You just cannot trust any one.
