Clutch cable replace

Postby GoldBarBill » Wed Sep 20, 2017 9:15 am

I am replacing my clutch cable with a Fibersteel kit. How is the old clutch cable removed from the clutch pedal? Is it accessible from under the car, from in the cockpit, and/or does the pedal assembly have to be lifted up from the floor pan? HELP! PLEASE!

Very simple, remove the wing nut from the clutch cable. Then remove the pedal assembly and you'll see a hook on the pedal and an eye on the cable. Just pull the cable. You may have to loosen the throttle cable to give you enough room to remove the pedal assembly
