The only thing I'll add is for CB linkage it will be a little cheaper. No need for aluminum plate, you can just cut the ears off the existing carb bases. File, grind, sand flush and flat.

The hexbar has a 8mm or 5/16" hole in the end. So instead of 6mm heims, I bought 5/16" female heims.

I drilled the bar deeper and threaded for 5/16"-18, then loctited in a 3" long bolt, then cut the head off.

Easy peasy, and about 20-25 bucks.
