No. But a 4.0 is under serious consideration for a 904. You can build a 4.0 with nickies.

Oh wait a minute. \"4.0\" in a \"904\" oh boy here we go with 4 again!

Looks like us 44 year old men are meant to be miserable

Nothing though that a pair of 22 year old buxom twin babes wouldn't cure :D

Born four years after James Dean (work it out). Three spyder replicas, one an RSK, which still goes strong in my son's capable hands, then a 'good fun' M&W with Alfa Romeo engine (sold to Gironimo, lucky devil), now a spyder special that remains rather special; started, if I can remember that far back, in '03. Now in its fourth year, it remains in the 'development' stage and has cover precisely 345 kms on the road. Sometimes I despair.
I want to turn the clock back fifty years...

I think that 72 years old makes you one of the \"oldies but goodies\"

To the best of my knowledge, I believe you're oldest \"young at heart\" member of this board.

If I'm wrong, please let me know :)

Bought it in 1987 when I was 45, 30 years later doing a ground up rebuild. Expect to have it done by my 76th birthday March 28, 2018 It is going to be cool. When it's done I will host a celebration.

How you found this thread buried among thousands is beyond me but, it is an interesting time capsule. It started 10 years ago so go back to the first few pages and add 10 years to everyone's age. I was 59 then so 69 now (70 in January) Amazing how time has literally "flown" by.
