It's in!

My wife and I got the long block into my Spyder today, in spite of my broken wrist. I bought a one ton hoist at Harbor Freight, and rigged it up to our tractor. I used three straps and some metal bracket to suspend my motor. It worked out well.

I ended up having to unbolt the transmission and lift it up a couple inches in order to get the front pulley past the torsion bar tube.

After we had it in, I started fitting some of the sheet metal.

Not easy with my right wrist in a cast, plus it was really hot.

I'm sure it'll work great Daris. I don't know if it's just my computer but I can't see the pics.

I can't see the pictures either. But I'm sure Harbor Freight has something to use for that too!

When I installed mine I removed the pulley and it was still a tight fit.
