What is the best way to take out the steering box?

Hard, easy?

Maybe I should clarify since I haven't got a response. My mechanic was looking at the steering box and it is leaking a little. In order to pull it, he was asking what the best way was since the set up in the Spyder is different than a VW. He wasn't sure if there was enough clearance around the axle to pull it out and was looking for experienced input

Some will come out with no problem. Others not so much. If it won't come out from the bottom, cut the fiberglass and create a hole then get some sheet metal from Home Depot and make a cover. Serves 2 purposes, one, it will allow the steering box to be removed easily and the other is it allows access to the steering box adjustment screw if your steering gets sloppy.
