Kinda funny that it's top speed is 36mph...

Fascinating. At that price you could buy and fix—a Subi conversion probably makes the most sense, but if someone wanted to prove some kind of point (and had some kind of budget) I suppose a Tesla battery pack and and a big A/C motor would make for an interesting engineering challenge.

As is, the car demonstrates perfectly the limits of common golf cart tech in such a small form factor: there isn't room for enough batteries to make the dang thing go!

true.
For the money you could just convert back, for the price.
Not really a good golf cart either because it won't even hold the golf clubs.

6-bolt wheels. Never seen that on a Spyder.
